Give yourself the gift of self care with a sound healing to bring your mind, body and soul into balance. Join this small group for a 1 hour class facilitated by sound healer and therapist – Barbara Jackson.

Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments to improve our multidimensional well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly. BYO yoga mat, cushion, blanket and water bottle.

Chairs will be provided for anyone choosing to sit instead of laying down. You may wish to bring a blanket or shawl to wrap around yourself.

An Introduction to Therapeutic Tarot

Discover how to use Tarot to go beyond Divination and explore Self.

Discover who you are Being and who you are Becoming as you journey on your path.

Tarot is used because of its rich tapestry of images and in this workshop we will explore the Psycho-Spiritual meaning as well as the Jungian symbology and Archetypes found within the cards.

ARTFUL INSPIRATION WORKSHOP.

Most of us tend to believe we haven’t got a creative bone in our body, but we all have the ability to create, well, if not a masterpiece, at least something beautiful on canvas, through Spirit, using a method known as Fluid Art, or Pouring.
These paintings are inspirational tools for meditation, a calming influence to have hanging on your walls, or to bring simple colour and joy into your life.
You will come away from this workshop feeling inspired, and carrying home two paintings actually created by you, along with notes to help you afterwards. (Wear old clothes or an apron!)
