History

Reverend Mandi Stone opened the Church on the 2nd November 1986 at the Progress Hall Mountain Highway, The Basin and called it the

Aquarian Spiritual Centre.

She ran the church here for nearly 9 years before moving it to The Old Cheese Factory in Berwick and renaming it

The Aquarian Spiritual Awareness Centre.

Two years later, the Centre moved into the heart of Berwick and took up residence in the Masonic Hall in High Street, where it remains to this day.

In 1988, it was renamed to

Berwick Spiritualist Centre.
